About Heliora

Heliora comes from the Greek for radiance and light, along with healing and compassion - 'a ray of sunshine'. I believe everyone has inner radiance and potential ready to be unlocked and the power to light up their own path. 

My Background

I've spent 25 years in executive leadership and senior operational roles, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams to discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve their potential. Helping people find their sense of purpose and positive ways forward is a passion for me. 

Unlike generic coaching programmes, I draw on my senior leadership experience and the lessons from overcoming my own life challenges, to connect authentically and give practical, real-world strategies. 

My goal is to help you build confidence, resilience and clarity so you can thrive both professionally and personally. I empower people to turn their toughest challenges into stepping stones for growth and confidence.

My approach is down to earth and results orientated, but also personal.
